Fixes and improvements

When submitting a bulk request, if no form data is included in the CSV, it can now be completed as normal in the Step 3: Fields side menu section.
When sending a bulk request, if you include form data in the CSV, you can now choose whether the recipient will finish completing the form and whether they can modify the filled data.
Improvements in the detection of groupable fields for batch signing when these are defined in a template.
Fixed an issue that displayed incorrect text in fields when submitting a bulk request.
