The electronic signature is a very useful tool nowadays, since it allows you to sign digital documents securely and efficiently. But how can we download signed documents in PDF when you send a document for signature or receive the signature request?
In this blog post, we will explain how to download electronically signed PDF documents in the new signature design and delivery experience we are incorporating.
Download electronically signed documents in PDF format if you send the electronic signature request
In case you haven’t noticed, we have a new signature experience. A much more powerful tool that allows you to send multiple document signature requests to multiple recipients. In this example we will explain how to send a request to a recipient and show how to download the PDF copy.
You can read the whole text or watch our tutorial where we explain this software (at minute 3:55 go to step 4). In the text we will go more to the point for you to do the minimum steps to download your signed PDF document.
Paso 1
We start writing the application by selecting the initial documents to be signed by the user of our choice, these can be uploaded from your computer or from the drive account.
Paso 2
We indicate the signatories and the fields to be filled in the document editor.
Paso 3
Once we have the fields we go directly to the summary section and send the application.
Paso 4
When the user signs the document we will receive an email with a copy of the signed document in pdf format with an audit of the signing process. Download the document and that’s it!
Download electronically signed documents in PDF if you receive the electronic signature application
If you are the party signing a document with an electronic signature, all you have to do is access your e-mail address and click on the link.
Paso 1
Sign with the system you are asked to use (OTP SMS, Electronic Certificate, qualified signature…). At this point you could download the unsigned document in PDF to read it calmly before signing.
Paso 2
Once you complete the signature, you will receive a PDF copy in your email so that you can download it along with an audit. Done!
